Drive sales growth and expand market presence for synthetic turf solutions across the Southwest Territory. Build and maintain strategic relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, and end users from initial consultation through project completion.

Provide administrative and coordination support to construction teams from contract execution through project closeout. Act as a key liaison between project managers, clients, and subcontractors while maintaining project documentation and financial records.

Manage the civil design process for athletic facilities, including the production of construction plans and stormwater calculations. Coordinate between sales, construction teams, and jurisdictions to ensure project compliance and successful closeout.

The role involves leading the end-to-end execution of a multi-phase SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation, managing dependencies, and establishing project management frameworks like status reporting and change control from the ground up. This person will also be responsible for holding the System Integrator accountable, bridging IT and business leaders, and driving disciplined testing and go-live processes.
