This role bridges finance requirements with enterprise data execution, specifically owning the definition and validation of data flows into Oracle FAH and Data Lakes. The lead ensures financial data is accurate and auditable while partnering with IT and Accounting to support retail initiatives and regulatory needs.

Develop and administer the company's financial systems infrastructure, focusing on Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials. Serve as a resource for the strategy, design, and implementation of accounting reporting tools and data models.

Lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex domestic and cross-border M&A and reinsurance transactions. Serve as a legal partner to senior leadership and manage external counsel and consultants throughout the deal lifecycle.

Lead the design, delivery, and governance of Azure Cloud and AI initiatives across Actuarial, Investment, and Enterprise Risk business areas. Define cloud and AI architecture standards while mentoring engineering teams and maintaining the enterprise technology roadmap.
