The Inside Sales Specialist acts as a liaison between customers and internal teams to manage quotes, order tracking, and warranty information. They also support sales demonstrations, maintain accurate account records, and provide analytical reporting to identify sales opportunities.
Develop and strengthen the dealer service network by providing training, technical coaching, and onsite support for battery and charger systems. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and collaborate with internal engineering and quality teams to drive solutions.
