Own the onboarding, training, and daily productivity of the Recovery and Restock sales operations. Manage leads, queues, and QA teams to ensure high utilization and revenue readiness for remote agents.

Conduct consultative appointments to guide customers through personalized skincare and wellness protocols. Identify opportunities to sell additional supplements and devices to help customers achieve their beauty goals.

The Phone Sales Recovery Agent will reach out to customers whose orders were not processed to recover sales. This includes engaging with customers through calls, emails, and texts to address concerns and provide incentives for completing purchases.
