The Healthcare CSR is responsible for responding to customer needs, managing account resolutions, and coordinating fire and life safety inspections for healthcare facilities. They act as a liaison between the partner network and customers to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and timely service delivery.

Acts as the primary interface for national account customers, managing on-boarding and administrative needs. Coordinates work orders, service requests, and invoicing while supporting national account managers in sales efforts.

This role involves providing life safety code consulting, designing fire suppression, alarm, and smoke control systems, and performing performance-based fire engineering analyses both locally and nationally. Key duties include engineering functions like system design, code consulting, modeling, and documentation, alongside project management support and client interaction.

The Senior Fire Protection Consultant I will provide consulting services related to fire suppression systems, fire alarm systems, and life safety features in buildings. They will also manage project budgets, establish relationships with authorities, and participate in business development activities.
