The provider will conduct remote patient testing and guide patients through the selection and sale of hearing aids. They are also responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and supporting local offices with diagnostic and sales verification.

Facilitate clinical and sales training programs and provide in-clinic coaching to elevate provider performance. Support the end-to-end onboarding of new providers and assist in developing training materials and learning resources.
