The Senior Logistics & Operations Associate will manage day-to-day outbound logistics, retailer fulfillment, and distribution center operations. They will analyze operational data to improve processes, ensure procedural compliance, and maintain strong relationships with external partners.

Lead the full accounting function, overseeing monthly close, financial reporting, and audits to create scalable processes. Partner with executive leadership to strengthen financial controls and prepare the organization for future financing or M&A activity.

Lead the ideation and execution of original, brand-aligned social content across owned, paid, and retail channels. Manage and mentor a Social Media Coordinator while collaborating with cross-functional partners to evolve the brand's social presence.

Lead the strategic direction of Starface's social presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to drive cultural relevance and community impact. Oversee content calendars, develop creative briefs, and align organic and paid social efforts to improve business outcomes.
