They will design and implement people programs, manage performance processes, and foster an inclusive culture to support rapid growth.

Nurture and grow the community for Stability AI's audio vertical by designing engagement programs and educational content. Act as the primary liaison between the community and the internal research, product, and go-to-market teams.

Build production-quality UI components and interactions for audio products, bridging the gap between design and code. Rapidly prototype new concepts and develop design systems across desktop, web, plugin, and mobile platforms.

Conduct original research to advance generative AI systems for professional creative workflows across image, video, 3D, and vector graphics. Translate research insights into prototypes and model capabilities that inform product direction and improve creator workflows.
