The Senior Director of Advancement will develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet a $1 million annual goal while building infrastructure for future growth. They will directly manage a portfolio of major donors, lead a remote team, and partner with the CEO and Board to expand the organization's philanthropic community.
