The Assistant Project Manager supports the project management team by coordinating commercial kitchen installations and managing field activities. Create detailed commercial kitchen layouts and equipment specifications using CAD and Revit software. Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate designs into facility plans while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The specialist will manage BIM projects, create execution plans, and perform clash detection to ensure seamless coordination. They will collaborate with internal and external teams to design restaurant spaces using advanced VDC technologies.

The Project Manager oversees foodservice equipment projects from contract award through closeout, serving as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders. They are responsible for coordinating submittals, procurement, installation, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
