The Payment Poster Specialist is responsible for accurately processing and posting insurance, patient, and miscellaneous payments while reconciling daily financial activity. They will also research payment discrepancies, manage electronic remittance advice, and maintain payer portal access to ensure timely account updates.

The New Patient Liaison is responsible for conducting prospective customer consultations to generate new appointments and closing sales using an empathetic approach. They also maintain accurate customer database records and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for patients into medical treatment.
