Serve as a senior technical advisor for clients, managing strategic relationships and translating complex technical needs into actionable guidance. Responsibilities include deploying and troubleshooting infrastructure, evaluating vendor proposals, and ensuring compliance with security frameworks.

The Systems Engineer II will own systems work across client environments, focusing on reliable delivery through clean change execution, solid documentation, and reusable automation in both on-premise and cloud settings. Key tasks include managing endpoint compliance, operating hybrid identity systems, driving patching, and executing complex changes end-to-end via the Change Request process.

This role involves owning cloud services, particularly Entra ID and Microsoft 365 workstreams, across client environments, focusing on identity, access, and configuration improvements. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end projects, creating documentation like SOPs and runbooks, and building reusable automation using tools like PowerShell and Graph.

Responsibilities include handling Entra ID administration, Microsoft 365 service administration (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), and configuring Intune device management tasks. The role also involves contributing to Azure work, implementing approved changes via Change Requests, and maintaining operational hygiene through documentation.

The Systems Engineer I will configure endpoint policies, manage hybrid identity systems like Entra ID and Active Directory, and execute patching and lifecycle tasks for operating systems and applications. Responsibilities also include performing change implementations, documenting work thoroughly, and contributing to knowledge bases and standard operating procedures.
