Lead the U.S. field-based medical affairs organization by setting the national MSL strategy and operating model. Manage a geographically dispersed team of MSLs to drive scientific engagement and integrate field insights into brand and evidence strategies.

This role involves leading the development and execution of Medical Affairs aligned Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) data generation for hematologic oncology assets across prelaunch and postlaunch phases.
