The VP of Credit Risk serves as the general manager of lending profitability, owning the credit strategy, loss rates, and underwriting policy. They are responsible for leading the credit risk team, optimizing portfolio performance, and partnering with the Product team to enhance the borrower experience.

The CFO will lead capital strategy, manage debt facility relationships, and ensure the company is prepared for a significant exit or M&A process. They will also oversee FP&A, financial reporting, and lead a finance team of five.

Own the strategy and execution of content across marketing, sales enablement, and partner education to drive pipeline and revenue. Develop SEO/AEO frameworks and manage the editorial calendar across various digital channels and formats.

Manage post-sale relationships for large enterprise payment processing accounts to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Lead the rollout of payment solutions across multi-site veterinary organizations and conduct strategic business reviews with executive leadership.
