Act as the senior technical anchor for multi-cloud platform reliability, infrastructure as code, and developer productivity. You will own production infrastructure across AWS and Azure while leading the implementation of SLO/SLI frameworks and AI-native engineering tools.

Strengthen and scale a multi-cloud platform by managing production infrastructure across AWS and Azure using Terraform and Kubernetes. Focus on improving reliability through SLO/SLI frameworks, automating operational toil, and enhancing developer productivity with AI-native tooling.

The role primarily involves evolving deeply embedded systems within the platform team, utilizing C#, SQL, and OpenSearch on AWS, covering the full development lifecycle from problem framing to implementation and iteration. Responsibilities include translating ambiguous business problems into working software, continuously shipping features, using AI-assisted workflows, and mentoring other engineers.
