They oversee the design of professional learning materials, manage cross-functional partnerships, and ensure program fidelity through data-informed continuous improvement.

Manage a portfolio of national engagement campaigns and initiatives to deepen supporter engagement and grassroots organizing. Develop multi-faceted engagement plans and collaborate with internal teams and external volunteers to execute them.

The Chief Development Officer provides strategic leadership for all fundraising activities to diversify revenue and ensure long-term sustainability. This includes managing a portfolio of high-capacity donors and leading a national development team to secure transformational gifts.

Oversee the day-to-day management and performance of grassroots fundraising programs across various direct response channels. Coordinate campaign execution, monitor donor acquisition and retention, and manage the Associate Director of Peer-to-Peer Fundraising.
