The consultant will assess current IT change management processes and implement necessary controls and governance to ensure audit readiness. They will work closely with business and IT teams to define workflows and create comprehensive documentation for upcoming audits.
Design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB in alignment with CSDM best practices while managing Discovery and Service Mapping. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, governance, and seamless integration with enterprise systems.
The candidate will perform end-to-end testing of ServiceNow HRSD applications, including functional, regression, and integration testing. They are also responsible for developing and maintaining automated test suites using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
