Own end-to-end US payroll and employment tax operations for company employees and client employers, including processing, filings, remittances, registrations, and year-end reporting. Build compliant processes and controls, support clients with complex payroll tax issues, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the payroll platform.
You will own the end-to-end security and infrastructure operations, including detection engineering, incident response, and cloud architecture hardening. You will also lead compliance efforts and manage the security of the company's blockchain treasury layer while working directly with the CTO.
You will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for Rise's ramps and identity surfaces, working directly with the CTO. You are responsible for leading engineering teams, managing provider relationships, and ensuring the reliability and compliance of global payment systems.
