The Director of Finance & Accounting will lead the finance and accounting organization, overseeing corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, tax, and treasury functions. This role involves driving strategic financial planning, managing capital transactions, and ensuring rigorous accounting operations and internal controls.

The Support Engineer will own the intake, triage, and resolution of inbound engineering support requests across the platform. They will investigate production issues, write quality code fixes, and create documentation or runbooks to prevent recurring problems.
