The Senior Project Manager leads complex, high-visibility implementation projects within the Professional Services organization while managing client relationships and project resources. They are also responsible for driving AI adoption across teams, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring adherence to project governance and quality standards.
Acts as an operational partner to sales leadership to improve pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and team effectiveness. Responsible for documenting end-to-end sales processes and delivering training to ensure operational excellence and AI adoption.
Drive pipeline creation and bookings through high-impact events, webinars, and GTM campaign execution. Partner with Sales and BDR leaders to align territory needs and optimize funnel progression.
