You will be responsible for delivering accurate demand models and forecasts to retail customers while ensuring they understand and trust the machine learning-driven recommendations. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to improve modeling capabilities and create automated processes for model evaluation.

This strategic leader is responsible for driving customer value, portfolio retention, and long-term growth across enterprise retail customers by leading and coaching a team of Customer Success Directors, Managers, and Price Strategists. The role involves owning renewal strategy, regional Customer Success strategy alignment, and partnering with Sales and Executive Leadership to ensure successful adoption and expansion of AI-driven pricing solutions.

The Director of Customer Success Sales for EMEA will own the strategic success, retention, and expansion of enterprise retail customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, serving as an executive partner to senior commercial leaders. Key duties include driving measurable financial outcomes, managing multi-year renewals, ensuring executive alignment, and identifying expansion opportunities across the pricing lifecycle.
