Develop and scale high-performance ML prediction models for real-time adtech environments, owning the full pipeline from raw data to online serving. Design and refine complex bidding algorithms and conduct offline simulations and online A/B tests to optimize business metrics.

Build and maintain the frontend and backend of the internal DSP platform using TypeScript/React and Ruby/Rails. Collaborate with users and product managers to design solutions, build prototypes, and iterate based on feedback.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, identifying new opportunities and driving revenue by building strong relationships with top advertisers. They will also collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client needs are met and represent the company at industry events.
