The Senior Staff GNC/Flight Systems Engineer serves as a technical authority for guidance, navigation, and control architectures across all UAS product lines. This role involves defining long-term technical roadmaps, mentoring senior engineers, and leading the resolution of complex flight-control and system-level challenges.
You will design, develop, and maintain firmware for complex systems including UAV control systems and power management solutions. Additionally, you will lead testing, validation, and innovation efforts to ensure system performance, safety, and cybersecurity compliance.
Develop and optimize autonomous capabilities and path planning algorithms for UAS platforms deployed in global missions. Own the full design, development, and testing lifecycle for autonomy features on embedded Jetson processors.
