The Software Project Engineer leads technical integration across multiple engineering disciplines to ensure synchronization toward program milestones. They are responsible for developing execution plans, managing cross-functional coordination, and ensuring technical readiness for major engineering reviews.

Design and develop software to expand the capabilities of the Ground Control Station (GCS) for edge autonomy aircraft. Coordinate with operational users and flight test teams to improve operator workload, mission success, and flight safety.

The engineer will define enterprise-wide software architecture and lead cross-functional technical initiatives across avionics, autonomy, and ground systems. They will also serve as a senior technical authority, mentoring staff and guiding the evolution of mission-critical operator software.
