The role serves as the administrative engine for compliance workflows, focusing on document lifecycle management and record-keeping for an Integrated Management System. Key duties include triaging security requests, tracking non-conformances, and coordinating KPI data for management reviews.

The trainee will learn to administer the Schoox LMS, curate educational content, and develop multimedia training assets using tools like Canva and Articulate. They will also support training logistics, track compliance modules for new hires, and provide performance reporting to executive leadership.
