You will develop and maintain efficient backend integrations for internal and external products while ensuring high availability and performance of APIs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver scalable solutions using Kanban methodology.

Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services while ensuring system stability and financial accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve the billing architecture and optimize system performance using monitoring tools.

Lead the data engineering team to drive high performance, ensuring strategic goals are met while fostering autonomy within squads. Manage the data platform supporting RD Station products, balancing team capacity and promoting a healthy, inclusive organizational climate.

Define the technical vision, architecture, and strategy for Generative AI, developing solutions like autonomous agents and intelligent copilots. Act as a technical reference for the data science team while implementing software engineering standards and collaborating across product and engineering teams.
