The designer will create user-friendly web and mobile app interfaces using wireframes, storyboards, and Figma. They will collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user requirements into innovative, practical design solutions.

Act as the single point of accountability for delivery across all active projects, overseeing project managers to ensure timelines and quality are met. Manage client health, review technical estimates, and ensure adherence to internal operating procedures.

Own the entire engineering function, including architecture decisions, technical standards, and the growth of the development team. Manage tech leads directly and oversee at least one active client project end-to-end to ensure production-ready quality.
