Lead product discovery and define specifications for custom software projects for external clients. Manage the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring scope is maintained and technical requirements are clearly translated for engineering teams.

The designer will create user-friendly web and mobile app interfaces using wireframes, storyboards, and Figma. They will collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user requirements into innovative, practical design solutions.

Act as the single point of accountability for delivery across all active projects, overseeing project managers to ensure timelines and quality are met. Manage client health, review technical estimates, and ensure adherence to internal operating procedures.
