The Customer Onboarding Specialist guides new clients through the setup of PushPress products to ensure successful activation and long-term retention. They manage the entire onboarding lifecycle, from initial kickoff to launch, while proactively identifying and mitigating churn risks.

Own the end-to-end execution of the webinar program, including registration, live delivery, and data tracking. Translate webinars into a comprehensive content ecosystem consisting of blogs, on-demand assets, and nurture email sequences.

You will build and maintain internal product-shaped systems and developer tooling to improve engineering efficiency and iteration speed. Additionally, you will contribute to intelligent product features and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.

The Controller will own the end-to-end financial backbone, including monthly closes, financial reporting, and revenue recognition for a complex SaaS business. They will also manage cash flow, debt facility compliance, and tax obligations while building scalable accounting infrastructure.
