You will own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle to scale the team from 8 to 20+ employees while managing content operations across social media channels. Additionally, you will drive internal strategic projects and support the founders in business development initiatives.

The role focuses on generating sales pipelines through active outbound hunting via phone, email, and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for booking discovery calls and shadowing the CEO to learn high-ticket sales techniques.
