The Software Engineering Supervisor will lead the software team by coordinating resources, managing budgets, and overseeing project scheduling. They are also responsible for mentoring staff, conducting performance appraisals, and ensuring software products meet safety and quality standards.

The AAC Consultant will provide guidance, training, and support for AAC solutions to individuals, families, and professionals. They are responsible for implementing a consultative sales approach to grow their territory and managing the full AAC device process including evaluations and funding.

Lead and mentor a team of iOS software engineers to develop communication device software and support tools. Coordinate departmental operations including budgeting, scheduling, and performance appraisals while ensuring software safety and maintainability.
