Lead a team of analysts to manage the enterprise reporting and analytics platform, serving as the primary administrator for Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. Design and deliver governed, trustworthy reporting and dashboards to turn business questions into actionable insights.

The role involves customizing and enhancing the core loan origination platform through coding, debugging, and analysis. The developer will architect and support high-availability services and produce technical documentation including data flow diagrams.

Provide expert guidance on loan scenarios and perform complex income calculations for the Wholesale and Sales teams. Maintain deep knowledge of Agency/Investor guidelines to ensure accurate underwriting and high-quality customer service.

Manage the underwriting process and provide leadership, training, and support to a team of junior and senior underwriters. Responsible for evaluating consumer home loan applications and ensuring compliance with company policies and federal guidelines.

The Closer is responsible for coordinating loan closings, preparing closing packages, and ensuring the accuracy of all loan file information. They must manage the loan pipeline, verify compliance with federal and state regulations, and facilitate the funding process with settlement agents.

The specialist will provide internal and external support for inquiries related to loan scenarios, technical issues, and loan status, while also managing pipelines and assisting with new client onboarding through transaction purchase. Key duties include resolving file issues with partners, managing assigned region pipelines daily, and providing training and support for file delivery.

This position is responsible for analyzing and evaluating consumer home loan applications and supporting documentation to assess borrower creditworthiness across various mortgage types, including Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, and USDA first mortgages. The role involves making approval or denial recommendations and providing documented support for all lending decisions.
