Pilotbase

You will own the product roadmap for professional pilot capabilities, including logbooks, reporting, and currency management. You will partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact features and drive user engagement.

You will own the development of Pilotbase's Pilot Experience Solutions, focusing on offline-first mobile architecture and data synchronization across React Native and iOS platforms. Additionally, you will mentor team members, collaborate with stakeholders, and integrate AI-assisted workflows into the software development lifecycle.

Manage a diverse portfolio of aviation partnerships to ensure high satisfaction and deep technical integration. Proactively source and vet new strategic partners to expand the Pilotbase ecosystem and drive data value.

Own the developer platform and tooling to accelerate shipping speed for engineers, PMs, and designers. This includes evolving AI agents within the SDLC, managing monorepos, and overseeing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
