The Contract Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, candidate engagement, and managing the candidate experience through the ATS. They will also partner with hiring teams to develop hiring plans, conduct interviews, and coach leaders through the recruitment process.
Build and maintain Looker explores, views, dashboards, and Snowflake data models for finance, billing, claims, pricing, and underwriting teams. Ensure reporting accuracy and SOX-compliant changes, collaborate on data quality and incident response, and help develop AI agents that answer business questions using trusted models.
