The Principal Consultant designs and delivers business performance improvement solutions for Life Sciences clients, focusing on scoping, architecting, and overseeing solution buildouts. They partner with sales teams to identify client needs and create strategies for measurement, implementation, and change management.

The Editorial/QC Specialist ensures the instructional and grammatical quality of client solutions through detailed content review and functional testing of digital assets. Responsibilities include substantive editing, fact-checking, and ensuring adherence to client and agency style guides.

The VP of Sales is responsible for driving new client acquisition and revenue growth within the life sciences industry. They will develop strategic account plans, manage the full sales process, and consult with clients to align workforce capabilities with corporate strategy.

The Solution Architect is responsible for scoping, designing, and delivering performance improvement solutions by partnering with sales teams and clients. They oversee the solution buildout and ensure that all client business needs and performance outcomes are met throughout the engagement.

The Visual Designer is responsible for the design and development of creative concepts and themes in support of learning assets for PDG’s clients. They will work as part of the Media Design team creating media and a variety of assets in support of learning programs.
