You are expected to treat your workflow as an engineering problem, utilizing AI tools and data to optimize search processes and build high-signal interview experiences.
You will lead end-to-end technical searches for clients, partnering directly with founders and technical leaders to qualify roles and build high-signal interview processes. Additionally, you will develop innovative sourcing strategies and use data to optimize pipeline health and search progress.
The Technical Sourcer will identify and engage exceptional technical talent through multi-channel sourcing and market research. They will also manage candidate pipelines and conduct initial screenings to support the hiring needs of various clients.
