The Certification Specialist performs file reviews of certification applications and inspection reports to ensure compliance with USDA organic standards. They manage client communications, write compliance findings, and maintain accurate records within a proprietary database.

Provides administrative and client service support to the Certification Review Team, including managing a proprietary database and handling client inquiries. Assists in the certification review process by performing technical tasks such as product and label reviews to ensure compliance with USDA NOP regulations.
