Own the planning, promotion, and fulfillment of flagship events, webinars, and sponsorship programs. Manage end-to-end operational workflows and maintain strong communication with sponsors and internal stakeholders.

The Senior Manager, Chapter Program will own the Chapter Program end-to-end, developing and measuring how Pavilion HQ works with its global network of local Chapters. This includes managing Chapter standards, recruiting Chapter Heads, and ensuring effective communication between HQ and the Chapters.

Own the end-to-end member lifecycle from post-enrollment through renewal to drive engagement and retention. Act as a trusted advisor to members while tracking health signals and developing scalable success playbooks.
