The Senior Landman will lead title research, curative work, and client-facing land services across Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating oil and gas contracts, resolving title defects, and mentoring junior landmen.

The GIS Mapping Analyst will create, edit, and maintain detailed maps for oil and gas projects, including lease boundaries, well locations, and ownership layers. They will also analyze spatial data to support land, title, and due diligence efforts while ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems.

Lead and manage complex land and title projects from scoping to completion across various U.S. basins. Serve as the primary client contact while overseeing teams of landmen and abstractors to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.

Manage and analyze Held By Production (HBP) assets across various basins including Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado. Review leases and production data to determine HBP status and communicate findings clearly to clients and internal teams.
