Pair Eyewear, Inc.

The Eyewear Designer will define the aesthetic identity and design direction of Pair's frames through sketching and digital rendering. They will collaborate with the product development team to translate creative concepts into production-ready eyewear collections.

Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, including purchase order flow, freight execution, and 3PL coordination. Maintain SKU accuracy in NetSuite and prepare KPI reports on supply chain performance and service levels.

The role focuses on expanding market presence by identifying and closing new accounts while deepening relationships with existing optical retailers. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, analyzing territory data, and partnering with internal teams to drive product adoption.

The role involves owning the full search channel, managing multi-million dollar budgets across paid and organic search to hit acquisition targets. Responsibilities include campaign architecture, feed management, and collaborating with data and creative teams to optimize performance.
