Manage the brand's presence on Reddit by engaging in relevant communities, posting as a team member, and building genuine goodwill. Monitor conversations, provide community intelligence, and eventually launch and grow a dedicated subreddit for the client.
You will be the first full-time engineer responsible for building and owning Outpost's product, including both internal operational tooling and customer-facing features. You will design, ship, and maintain production systems end-to-end, focusing on LLM integration and infrastructure management.
