Lead the Customer Experience function by managing high-stakes enterprise relationships and building the department's infrastructure and playbooks. Coach and grow a CX team while partnering with sales and engineering to align the product roadmap with customer needs.

Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation while developing custom success playbooks for brands. Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and translate customer insights into product feedback.
