Responsible for sourcing, vetting, and closing relationships to grow the non-delegated correspondent loan network in the non-agency whole loan market. This includes managing the pipeline, providing loan structuring advice to brokers, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business fit.

The Associate will support Regional Business Development Managers through inside sales functions, interfacing with internal staff and directly contacting customers regarding correspondent whole loan and MSR platforms. Key duties include assisting with counterparty approval, onboarding, light sales prospecting, and performing administrative tasks like managing agreements and settlement instructions.
