The Consulting Psychiatrist will perform structured registry-based case reviews and provide treatment recommendations to the multidisciplinary survivorship team. They will also deliver ongoing education to clinicians and provide ad hoc consultations on complex patient cases.
The clinician will conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy to cancer survivors within a collaborative care model. They will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans and provide psychoeducation to patients and their families.
As an Oncology Survivorship Nurse Practitioner, you will conduct comprehensive assessments of cancer survivors and develop personalized treatment plans. You will coordinate care among a multidisciplinary team and provide education and support to patients regarding their survivorship needs.
