The Billing Specialist is responsible for reconciling financial records, including bank statements and general ledger accounts, to ensure data integrity. They identify discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and support the preparation of internal financial reports.

The specialist manages the daily AP inbox, processes and codes invoices, and handles vendor inquiries and payments. They are also responsible for corporate card reconciliation and supporting the month-end close process through reporting and journal entries.

Supports product marketing by executing research, developing case studies, and contributing to go-to-market initiatives. The role focuses on connecting market and competitive insights to messaging and sales enablement tools.

The Sales Executive Senior Director will develop a target list of high potential partnerships and manage a diverse pipeline to secure new partners. They will lead deal teams and navigate complex negotiations to maximize value for both Onbe and its partners.
