This role manages the day-to-day execution of People Operations, focusing on HR systems, employee data, and the onboarding lifecycle. Key duties include administering the HR tech stack, maintaining compliant personnel records, and producing workforce reports.

Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances while maintaining positive client relationships. Collaborate with Finance, Billing, and Treasury teams to resolve payment discrepancies and reduce collection risks.

The Lead QA Engineer is responsible for developing comprehensive test plans and executing manual and automated tests to ensure software reliability. They will collaborate with stakeholders to define testing scopes and integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines.

The Sales Executive Senior Director will develop a target list of high potential partnerships and manage a diverse pipeline to secure new partners. They will lead deal teams and navigate complex negotiations to maximize value for both Onbe and its partners.
