The Logistics and Transportation Associate will coordinate all transportation-related activities for the company, serving as a liaison to various parties. This includes scheduling shipments, tracking deliveries, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize logistics processes.

This role will lead the packaging workstream for new product launches from concept to commercialization, ensuring solutions are validated and ready for market. Responsibilities also include optimizing existing material portfolios for quality, integrity, and sustainability while collaborating cross-functionally to implement cost-saving projects.

This role involves partnering with the omnichannel lead to analyze retail sales, collaborating with Supply Chain on inventory management and monthly reforecasting, and maintaining a demand planning model to project inventory and gross margin impacts. The analyst will also track input costs to monitor gross margin evolution and assist in modeling new business opportunities.

Develop, refactor, and maintain applications across the frontend and CMS while collaborating closely with Product teams. Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle and support optimizations for customer onboarding experiences.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day health, performance, and continuous improvement of Ollie’s core enterprise systems. This includes owning key business workflows that span multiple systems and ensuring system behavior aligns with operational needs.
