The Customer Project Manager will coordinate the implementation of products and services, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements. They will also act as a functional specialist, configuring systems and providing training to clients while supporting internal teams.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Research Library Partnership, coordinating activities across multiple focus areas to ensure alignment and high-quality delivery. Manage partner relationships, membership operations, and a small team of program staff and innovation fellows.
