The Director of Development will lead and grow the Foundation’s fundraising program for the Pacific Northwest and Northern California regions. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of high-capacity donors, executing cultivation and solicitation strategies, and collaborating with leadership to expand the prospect pipeline.

The Director of Development will lead and grow the Foundation’s fundraising program for the Northeast region by managing a portfolio of major gift prospects. They will collaborate with leadership and volunteers to cultivate relationships, solicit six and seven-figure gifts, and execute regional engagement strategies.
