You will develop strategic content and creative concepts for employee-facing programs, including EVP pillars and digital recruitment advertising. You will also collaborate with internal creative and account teams to ensure all deliverables are on strategy and meet client expectations.

Lead client engagements by conducting research and workshops to translate findings into strategic culture blueprints and narratives. Partner with cross-functional teams to turn enterprise strategy into actionable employee and customer experiences.
