The Onboarding Technician guides new customers through the setup, configuration, and adoption of the Nextiva platform. This includes performing network checks, configuring call flows, and delivering product training to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Drive revenue growth by managing existing strategic partners and recruiting new ones within the UCaaS and CCaaS ecosystem. Collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting using Salesforce and Power BI.
