The Care Operations Administrator manages the intake funnel, coordinates client onboarding, and handles scheduling for clinicians and providers. They bridge the gap between clinical needs and administrative efficiency to ensure a seamless patient journey.

This blended role involves managing clinical quality and operations while maintaining a direct client caseload across BPS assessments, Peer Recovery, and IOP services. Responsibilities include providing clinical supervision to staff, conducting chart audits, and facilitating intensive outpatient groups.

The LICDC Assessor conducts in-depth clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify substance use and co-occurring disorders. They are responsible for developing individualized treatment plans and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective recovery pathways.

As a Peer Supporter, you will build connections with individuals in recovery and provide personalized support. You will also assist clients in navigating services and resources while documenting their progress.
