Lead the strategic management and roadmap of the ServiceNow platform to drive business value and AI-enabled ITSM services. Oversee platform governance, budget, and the delivery of enhancements through collaboration with senior stakeholders and managed service providers.

The Practice Director is accountable for the growth, profitability, and P&L of the AI Business Solutions Practice Group. This includes evolving the service portfolio, driving pipeline development, and ensuring high-quality delivery of AI and productivity solutions.

Design and deploy intelligent AI agents using Microsoft's AI stack to help clients move from experimentation to scaled deployment. Facilitate ideation workshops and build technical roadmaps to increase clients' AI maturity.

Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts through Microsoft Data and AI solutions. Lead end-to-end consultative sales cycles and collaborate closely with Microsoft account teams to execute co-sell strategies.
